Overall Supervision of Hospital Services (Clinical & Non Clinical) and report to the Director.  The duties includes Patient Care Services, Operation Theatres, Lab Services, Billing and Security Services.  Co - ordination of various Academic activities like CMEs / Workshops etc.,  Also looks after the nursing and paramedical services.  The Medical Superintendent will also monitor the hospital sanitation, housekeeping and biomedical waste management.  Liaison work related to visit of VVIP to the hospital.
